In the coming years, Mahintana shall continue sustaining its current services at the same time expand in the Upper Valley Area by promoting Health Projects and Social Entrepreneurship among its community-based partners.

More particularly, it shall mobilize resources and pursue social enterprise projects to sustain the communities’ access to basic social services.  It shall continually support the establishment of Botika ng Barangays in various areas where it operates at the same time promote other potential community-based social enterprises, such as “Coffee Alamid” and processing of non-timber based products, like “kaong” and native guava, having a vision of linking these community-based enterprises with the business sector.

The foundation shall also aggressively mobilize resources in close partnership with the Local Government Units, local partners and other resource organizations to support health-related programs and projects.  Further, as we take the lead in development planning and promoting complementation of interventions among different partners, we are pursuing the possibilities of replicating our MICADEV experience with other areas in SOCSARGEN, particularly with the Municipality of Maasim in Sarangani and the Allah Valley Watershed Area in South Cotabato.
