Mahintana assists the GSP-PPNHS Tree Growing Activity

October 12, 2019, Saturday – Mahintana Foundation Inc., through its R2R Program, assisted during the tree growing activity of Girl Scouts of the Philippines Poblacion Polomolok National High School Chapter (GSP-PPNHS) along the riverbank of Purok Masikap, Brgy. Pagalungan, Polomolok, South Cotabato. A total of 1,800 assorted seedlings were planted sponsored by different organizations including Mahintana which covers an estimated area of 6,300 sq. m. The activity was a proposed project entitled Ecology: Mini Forest for Chief Girl Scout Medal Scheme by PPNHS Grade 8 Student Ms. Kristina Andrea L. Mirasol, an active member of the GSP South Cotabato Council.

The 1,600 participants were from 32 different organizations and entities, among of them are BLGU Pagalungan, MENRO Polomolok,  F’lomlok Mio Club (FMC), Philippine Road Sport Confederation (PRSC), Pagalungan Tricycle Operations and Drivers Association (PATODA), Philippine National Police (PNP), Poblacion Polomolok National High School (PPNHS) students, Public Vehicle Club of PPNHS (POBTODA), Pagalungan Elementary School, Best College of Polomolok, Inc., Gensan Rafols Industry Machine Shop and etc.
