Mahintana participates in the Joint MADAC-MCPC 1st Quarter Meeting

Mahintana Foundation, Inc. participated the joint 1st quarter meeting of Joint Municipal Council for the Protection of Children and Municipal Peace and Order Council and (MADAC- MCPC) on March 29, 2021 at the 3rd Floor Function Room, Municipal Hall, Tupi.

The meeting agenda included MADAC updates, reports, and concerns such as the quarterly conduct of drug clearing operation (and continuous Community-Based Rehabilitation Program (CBRP) for new watchlist, drug testing, and updating of identified People Who Use Drugs (PWUD), after-care monitoring for PWUD who graduated CBRP and continuous drug testing, conduct of community and school-based advocacy by MADAC oversight committee and PNP, proposal for the livelihood 2021 (PWUD), Action Plan of MADAC, Anti-Illegal Drug & BADAC, and presentation of 2020 updates on VAWC, CA, and CICL.

Other relevant matters included the presentation of Dangerous Drug Board No. 3, series of 2017 aimed at strengthening of Barangay Drug Clearing Program.
