To our dear partners and stakeholders in community development:
Hoping all is well with you at this time. This is an update to our previous notice dated May 10, 2021, wherein all Mahintana staff will shift to work-from-home setup as required by Municipal Health Office protocols due to COVID-19 exposure. We have also completed the disinfection and sanitation of our office. All our staff have undergone the RT-PCR test and, unfortunately, some of our staff have contracted the virus. We are now working closely with the LGU-MHO for the contact tracing and to inform our partners who are potentially exposed to our affected staff.
Despite this, we continue to deliver our programs and services to all our partners, stakeholders, and community beneficiaries. You may directly coordinate with our officers and staff of your concern via phone call or virtual meetings. We will resume office on May 24, 2021 or until further notice.
Hoping for your kind understanding and support as usual as we remain steadfast in our commitment in serving our communities in these trying times. Together, let’s proactively beat COVID19 and progress safely in this better normal.
Stay safe and healthy,
